Hi! I would like to inquire when will the National ID of the following persons will be delivered.

1. MINDA V. SALVADORA
2. ROSA MAE V. BIEN

They are the residence of Binanwaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

It's been almost a year since our application, and yet we still not received our NATIONAL ID. 

I hope you can make actions about it.

You asked for National ID Delays.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
