Hello! I would like to ask whether PSA has instituted a new processing fee for marriage paperwork, specifically a processing fee that is different between church and non-church weddings. We are talking to a solemnizing officer which says this to be the case—that for a wedding to be valid, for it to go through the formal bureaucratic process, for the serial number to be generated, this processing fee must be paid.
