WHEN WILL I GET MY NATIONAL ID?! IT HAS BEEN 2+ YEARS NOW. 2+ YEARS. "MAHIGIT DALAWANG TAON" SA TAGALOG. IT WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD HAVE IT BY NOW.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration directly to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
