I am writing to request information on the current Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) status of municipalities within Cebu province. Specifically, I am interested in knowing:

1. The percentage of households in each municipality with access to sanitary toilets.
2. The number of municipalities that have achieved ZOD certification at different levels (Level 1, Level 2, etc.).
