I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a scheduling for the delivery of my national ID, which I applied for on October 27, 2022. I am pleased to inform you that I have completed all the necessary steps and have been assigned the transaction number 71500246900326320210704091153. My name is Cyrus Austin Fernandez. It has come to my attention that all my friends and family members who applied for their national IDs after me have already received theirs. Therefore, I humbly request your assistance in expediting the delivery of my national ID. Thank you!

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
