Good day! I am from Dasmariñas Integrated High School, our group is currently conducting a study for our Capstone Project. With this in mind, we kindly request the following information to support our study:

1. The top 10 leading causes of deaths due to diseases in the Philippines from 2013 to 2022.
2. The number of cases from 2013 to 2022 in Dasmarinas City, Cavite related to:
     2.a. Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) for adults aged 25 and above.
     2.b. Stroke for adults aged 25 and above.
     2.c. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for adults aged 25 and above.
