Hello Sir/Madam,

Magandang araw po.
Nais sana naming masawa na ma request ang aming National ID na halaos mag iisat kalahating taon naman na po. para din po magamit namin at lalo na ang aking asawa at wala po siyang National ID maliban sa Philhealth at Passport pero need pa din ng katuwang lalo na pag lalabas ng bansa.

Hinihiling po sana namin kung mapapa release na po sana ito.
kami po bilang isa sa ating mamayang ay humhiling po , sapagkat yung mga ka baranggay naman namin ay na del na ang kanila. ang aking pong address ay 7-238 Bd Baldemer st Bagumbayan 7 Paete Laguna 4016.

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
