Hello,

I wish to request a copy of my PhilID transaction slip, or at least the tracking number connected to my issued National ID, since I had lost the original physical slip and need to keep track of the progress of processing.
I have recently procured my ePhilID at hand, but the registration process for a banking app does not recognise it as it only acknowledges actual PVC PhilID cards, and I am in soon need to open a personal savings account.
