I would like to follow-up regarding my PhilID Card which I registered since 28 July 2021at Region IX-Zamboanga Peninsula, it has been 2 years ago haven’t receive the PhilID Card. My transaction no: 83090240790053720210728065912

You asked for PhilID Card.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

Upon checking, your physical PhilID card has been already sent to delivery office. We encourage you to wait for the delivery of your physical PhilID card by the Post Office. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
