Good morning,

I would like to ask assistance to retrieve my National ID (Philsys ID) Transaction Number as the transaction slip provided got lost. 

The TRN is the 29-digit number found in your transaction slip which was provided to you after your Step 2 registration.

I will use this number to request for an ePhilID which can be used as requirement for my passport. As I do not anymore expect my physical ID to arrive.

Please help :(
