Hi! I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. While I was traveling along Divisoria a sad thing happened, i lost both my wallet and my cards. I dont know if it was stolen or not. I need it for school and work purposes. I can't request another bank cards because I have no other id's with me. Thank you so much!

In reference to your concern, kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
