Hi!

I would like to request for any and all information regarding the total number of Filipino patients who suffer from Kidney Disease (KD). This pertains to the historical number of patients suffering from KD, per area, per region, as well as the number of Dialysis Centers (hospital-based and free standing) on a per area, per region. 

Any and all information relative thereto will be appreciated. Thank you very much and looking forward to your favorable reply.
