Name: JULES CENTENA DREYFUS III
Current delivery address: Unit I, Elliot Townhouse, San Felipe st., Brgy. San Isidro, Valley 2, Paranaque City.
Please change the delivery address to: 35 Zircon st. City Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Reason for changing the delivery address is going home to our province for good. Thank you.

You asked for Change of national ID delivery address.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
