Greetings,

I'd like to request an update on my National ID, which has been not having for about two years.

I attempted to track the development of my ID, but it had not been updated till today. I have always followed up on my ID at our municipal post office, but it has yet shown up.

I'm hoping for immediate response on this.

I really look forward to your response.

You asked for NATIONAL ID.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
