Hello, 

I'd like to request the public use files for the latest Census of Population and Housing (2020). It will be used for research on per capita income in different locations. Thanks!

Dear Ma. Rafaela Manasan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 28, 2022 01:41:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Census of Population and Housing 2020 Public Use Files.

Your FOI request is approved.

Please be informed that we have recently released the total population by barangay based on our CPH 2020 on our website through this link:
https://psa.gov.ph/content/2020-census-population-and-housing-2020-cph-population-counts-declared-official-president

However, please take note that the aggregated data on household and institutional population or indicators like sex, age and other socio-demographic characteristics are not yet available for public use. 

Our available puf is only POPCEN 2015. Should you be interested, please submit the following documents to info@psa.gov.ph:

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Research/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
