Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 09, 2023 10:43:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for national ID.

To register to PhilSys, kindly follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to philsys.gov.ph/registration-center to know the active PhilSys registration centers near you. Make sure to have your supporting documents ready.
Step 2: Proceed to your preferred registration center and bring the original copy of your supporting documents to have your demographic data validated and biometric information captured.
Step 3: Wait for the delivery of your PhilSys Number (PSN) and PhilID to your delivery address. Present your transaction slip or any valid IDs to the courier.
