Good day, 

I would like to download a copy of my ePhilID. However, a verification needs to be made via phone number. With this, I am not able to complete the process as the registered sim card is in the mobile phone that was lost months ago. I would like to request a change in the registered phone number so I can have my ePhilID.

At this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
