Hi sir/ma'am. I need to follow up the delivery of my PhilSys national ID that I didn't received for the past months.

I lived and registered here in Marikina City, Metro Manila and I really need my PhilSys national ID to be delivered as soon as possible.

I need my PhilSys national ID for the job I'm trying to take to support my family.

I hope the delivery process will be fast and successful.

The transaction number and details of my PhilSys national ID registration is sent via email.

Thank you for your request dated Dec 28, 2023 02:50:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
