Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Policy Directives/Plans/Programs on RA 10821 Children in Emergencies law.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have have this information.

As per our careful review, you may try to request policy directives to DWSD, in coordination with other agencies such as DND, OCD, DOH, DepED, DILG, PNP, AFP and child-focused CSOs regarding the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of RA 10821.
