Hello, I would like to inquire if is it possible to request a replacement of my national ID card that was lost and was never returned to me. I need it for my school and offices that will require a government ID. Thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
