I am writing to request the birth certificate of John Benedict P. Lugo. He was born on February 27, 2007 in the town of Cantilan, Surigao Del Sur.

I am in need of the birth certificate for legal reasons. I am confident that you have the necessary resources and information to provide me with this document. 

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the birth certificate as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any additional documents or information that may be necessary.
