I need help for the following: 
- the Statistics of homeless families in the Philippines and Cebu for the year 2015-2021
- among these homeless families what is the statistics of those with special children and what are their disabilities
- how did the government address their need for education, food, livelihood and health

You may check our Housing Characteristics in the Philippines (Results of the 2015 Census of Population), TABLE 4.  Number of Households by Type of Building, Tenure Status of the Housing Unit/Lot, and City/Municipality: 2015, Rent-free house and lot without consent of owner
