Magandang araw!gusto ko po sana mag request na mapalitan ang aking lumang cellphone number na nakalagay o nakarehistro sa sa Phylsys Transaction Slip / Philippine Identification System na isinagawa ng Philippine Statistics Authority sa Barangay Masiga, Gasan, Marinduque nais ko po kasing ma verify ang PhilID Card namin ng aking mga anak na sina Sophia Hannah Samala, Pollyanna Alexa Samala at ako na si Angelica Merhan Samala sapagkat ang aking lumang numero ay nasira at nawala na nais ko po itong palitan sa bagong numero na aking ginagamit. Maraming Salamat po!

At this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
