Hi! I would like to request Silang, Cavite's data from the Census of Agriculture and Fisheries 2012 - specifically, from the data set

1. Number of Agricultural Operator by Sex and Age Group
2. Number and Area of Holdings/Farms by Size of Holding/Farm, Number of Parcels (from Silang's 4,547 Number 
of Holding/Farm Parcels & 3,214ha Area 
of Holding/Farm Parcels)

If any (or both) of the request is/are denied, is it possible to know the reason as to why PSA has excluded releasing municipal data from its database/public releases?
