Hi, I would like to request if I can have a list of registered or  licensed solemnizing officer last October 2016, the month of our marriage in Caloocan City. I just need to confirm if the person who officiate our marriage is legit or not because we don't have a copy of our unregistered marriage certificate and we taught it is already filed in the city hall but it's not. I hope you can help me with my request. Thank you.
