Hi I would like to know if the following person is a registered solemnizing officer for marriage:

ABRAHAM JOHN PAUL C. PINERO
Prelate Ordinary & Founder of Divine Trinity Mission, Quezon City

06-CHS0WHET5-08 is the indicated registry number.

He conducted a marriage dated 20 July 2006, I would like to have a certification if he is registered or not to solemnize marriage.
