- Company Name 
- Economic Organization 
- Legal Organization
- Geographical Location
- Industry Classification
- Establishment Size 
- MSME Classification

In addition to this request, from the 2021 PSE List of Establishments, can I also get a breakdown of the following:

1. Total number of micro, small, medium, and large per region and industry 
2. Of the total number of micro, small, medium, and large entities operating per region and industry - How many of them are single proprietorships, partnerships, stock corporations, government corporations, non-stock corporations, cooperatives, and others?

Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
