I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to urgently request the delivery of my National ID, which I understand has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it has become imperative for me to have my National ID at the earliest convenience. The ID serves as a crucial document for various personal and official matters, and its timely delivery is of utmost importance.

Thank you for your request dated Dec 26, 2023 08:01:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Urgent release of my National ID card.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
