Can I have a replacement for my National ID hopefully this can be delivered here in CEBU as I also wont be able to get back to Leyte.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
