Good day! 

Would like to know what to do when my Philippine National ID Card with its tracking number 10382201600783320210726032459 is not found or has not yet been delivered until now since I applied for it last 26 July 2021 at the PhilSys City of Legazpi (Capital) Embarcadero de Legazpi.

Do I need to apply again to secure another one?  Please advise.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 
We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
