Good day, we are 3rd year Management Accounting students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is currently working on our research paper. Can we make a request to have,
1. A latest copy of List of Establishment (LE) located in Sta. Mesa. Manila.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 29, 2023 02:31:07 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that PSA does not release establishment-level information as we are bound by the confidentiality provision (Section 26) of Republic Act 10625 which states that: "Individual data furnished by the respondent to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses of the PSA shall be considered privileged information and as such shall be inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding."

"The PSA may release aggregated information from statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses in the form of summaries or statistical tables in which no reference to an individual, corporation, association, partnership, institution or business enterprise shall appear.”
