Hello! I would like to request authenticated birth certificate of my grandmother, Mrs. Violeta Garcia Reyes-Santos for the sole purpose of passport application. She and her brother did go to Manila City Hall to request it and it is about to be received but the pandemic and the lockdown happen and they didn't get the chance to claim it. I'm requesting it since they discourage going back to pick it up in Manila because of some health concerns due to their existing health condition and due to she has an age of 71. If it isn't possible, can I ask if we can pick it up in Malolos Statistics Office?
