Good day, i have a concern in regards to my national id. Upon checking on the PHILPOST portal using the tracking# that i have stating that (Unsuccessful delivery - RTS REASON: Insufficient/Non-Existing Address)  my full address was already been indicated on the form. 
 Maybe you can try to deliver again to this address, MC ARTHUR HIGHWAY, SINDALAN, beside the magnificat academy near BIR. House name "renhardz garden" this address is just beside the highway, there is no any street or house no. You can do search. if you have any question you can give me a call at my ph# 09461391942. Thank you.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
