You may request the birth certificate, if yielded negative on our database, you will receive a Negative Record of Certificate.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
