Good day!

My name is Judy Ann Aritcheta Claro. I am a mother of Kael James Claro Sumaoang. I am writing this email to request a copy of requested Birth Certificate of my son. Someone told me that someone requested a copy of my son's birth certificate without our approval. For our safety please send me a copy of any documents you have regarding requesting for birth certificate of my son.
