You asked for 2004 Annual Survey of Philippines Business Industry.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In reference to your email, we regret to inform you that ASPBI was not conducted for the reference years 2004, 2007, and 2011. Prior 2013, the conduct of ASPBI is not regularly conducted every year. ASPBI was conducted for the reference years - 2001 (Survey name: 2002 ASPBI), 2003 (Survey name: 2003 ASPBI), 2005 (Survey name: 2005 ASPBI), 2008 (Survey name: 2008 ASPBI), 2009 (Survey name: 2009 ASPBI) and 2010 (Survey name: 2010 ASPBI).
