Good day. I would like to request for data regarding the death cases from San Miguel, Bulacan that is COVID-19 related. How many people died because of COVID-19, from March 14, 2020 up to present. Please give us the break down per barangay, and date of death and funeral service provider(if possible). I am part of FOI Mutisectoral Network and we need this for transparency purposes.
