I would like to request specific data concerning the number of informal settlers in the municipality of Urdaneta City for the years 2020 and 2023.

The data I am seeking should include the following information for each of the specified years:

1. The total number of informal settlers in Urdaneta
2. Demographic information, including age groups, if available.
3. The locations or areas within the municipality where informal settlers are concentrated.
4. Any available information on the living conditions or housing situations of informal settlers.
