Hello, I would like to ask for an electronic copy of my national ID because it is needed for passport application. My PhilSys ID Number is 4586-2714-6094-0532. I would like also to ask if it is possible to request for a new PhilSys Id because the image on my national ID was erased. Thank you.

You asked for Digital or Electronic Copy of National ID.

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
