For your concern, we regret to inform you that we do not process of civil registry certificates requested through this portal.

You may request the copy of the birth certificate, if yielded negative on our database, you will receive a No Record Certificate.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
