hi. This is regarding on the correction of surname of my brother from the municipal of bacolod (Place of his birth). they said the birth certificate already transfered here in manila (PSA). so I want to know the status of the said correction on the birth.

CCE: 0376-2022

The psa department didn't answer my call via their cellphone no. i hope in this way they will give us an update regarding this matter.
