I would like to request the following dataset for the tourist arrivals of Ilocos Norte from 1990 to the present for research purposes. No need to include the names and contact numbers. However, it should be indicated where they came from and the date of arrival/visit.

The dataset will research how we help the tourism industry, build recommendations and segmentations systems using machine learning.
