Hi!

A mother from our Sitio has requested me to have her daughter's PSA Negative Certification as this is needed to her school. The mother, as well as the father of the child cannot and does not have any technology to be able to have it. They said they already requested someone to have this processed and it went successful, I just need to have/download/receive it here online. 
Hoping you could help me because the child is currently enrolled in Grade 1 and they really need it ASAP now. In case this is needed, the child's name is Mary Eunice Mendez Prado.
