Good evening,
I have a previous request regarding the petition I filed for the correction on Birth Certificate.  You replied me with an e-mail addresses to follow up on my request.
legal.staff@psa.gov.ph
ralegalservice@psa.gov.ph

I already provided the details of my petition and emailed the above email addresses last August 19, then August 23 and August 25 and still I got no reply from them.
According to the local civil registrar, it will take 2-3 months to process but it is almost 4 months and I heard no update or status on my request.
I had checked my spam messages and it is empty.
