Hi! I'm a student from Cavite State University Silang-Campus and we are currently conducting a research entitled "ADAPTING TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGIES IN THE FOOD SECTOR IN DASMARIÑAS CITY, CAVITE" our respondent are Gen Z. Our objectives is to assess the underlying unique characteristics of Generation Z to help the food sector to improve their talent acquisition strategy and to also to allow the Generation Z to assess themselves in the forgoing challenges in talent acquisition to help them find job and retain in a specific job.
