Hi! I would like to request information about the top 10 most depressed barangay in Quezon City. We are the Rotaract Club of Bagong Sandigan and we are a non-governmental organization that resides in Quezon City. We will be having a series of outreach program in the next weeks. Figures will help us to determine the best and appropriate place for these initiatives.
