Greetings! I am Kristine, an MBA student from the University of the Cordilleras conducting a feasibility study with regards to acceptance level on rice straw of food establishments in our city, in replacement with the regular plastic straws. This is also in support of Ordinance 36, series of 2017, or the "Plastic Free Baguio City Ordinance."
Thus, may i request the number of registered food establishments in Baguio City including cafes, restaurants and convenience stores.
