May I inquire about the estimated duration for obtaining the new birth certificate with the requested corrections? Last April 2022, my mother initiated a correction process for her birth certificate, specifically addressing the spelling of her first name, birthday, and middle name. She diligently submitted all the necessary documents and fulfilled the required fees. However, despite our continuous follow-ups with the local registry in the municipality of PAGBILAO, the process is still ongoing. Could you kindly provide insight into the reason for the extensive delay? Its been a year already!
