Hi! I have processed a petition for correction of entry regarding my middle name. I was told by the LCR personnel in the municipality where I was registered that it was already approved by the LCR General and that it will be forwarded to the LCR in my city to effect the annotation. I would like to know when I could possibly request for an updated PSA on my birth cert which is already annotated. Thank you!
