Hi! I am Nichole Cristobal, a 4th-year architecture student at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. I am currently conducting my thesis on designing a destressing facility for people with anxiety and depression. In line with this, i am requesting in your good office for the statistical result of the National Survey on Mental Health and Well-being.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 02, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for The result of the National Survey on Mental Health and Well-being.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have results of this survey.

For this data, you may coordinate with the proponent of the survey- Philippine Council for Health Research and Development.

Kindly take note that we only provide grants clearance to conduct surveys:
